Terms of Service & Master Subscription Agreement

These Terms of Service govern the subscription and operation of the Kyno ERP software-as-a-service platform provided by Intelli Service.

1. Subscription & Account Creation

By provisioning a tenant workspace on Kyno ERP, the subscribing legal entity agrees to be bound by these Terms. Subscriptions are billed monthly or annually with an initial risk-free evaluation period.

2. Operational & Fiscal Responsibilities

The subscriber retains sole legal responsibility for the accuracy of corporate records, tax classifications (HS codes, tax rates, digital certificates) submitted to tax authorities and financial settlement networks.

3. High-Availability Service Level (SLA)

Kyno ERP is deployed on enterprise-grade infrastructure with global Cloudflare edge caching, engineered to achieve greater than 99.9% uptime for point-of-sale, billing, and operational workflows.

4. Data Ownership & Portability

Subscribers maintain 100% ownership of their operational data. Data exports may be generated at any time without artificial lock-in or cancellation penalties.
